30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also include all original packaging, accessories, and components. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, leaking, missing components, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@scalpbliss.store.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. This will help us review your request and resolve the problem promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested

  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging

  • Items with damaged or missing hygiene seals

  • Personalized or customized items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Gift cards

  • Items clearly marked as final sale

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the correct product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging with all hygiene seals intact. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that opened personal care products and personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
